Our plans started with a basic outline of what we wanted, and his designers came up with a great plan that suited our hillside property. To the credit of the designers, the initial draft plan required virtually no variations to what we have ended up with. Nick’s help was invaluable during the consent process and having to deal with difficult council requirements was made easier with Nick’s experience and his consent manager. We used our own Builder in Akaroa who was very comfortable dealing with Nick, and they were able to sort out any issues very promptly and prevent any delays. We are very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Nick and Trenz Homes to anyone looking to build.
